Frequently asked questions

Who can complete the questionnaire?

The questionnaire suits technology teams from research and prototypes to operating businesses. Describe your product, results and participation goals.

Does completing the questionnaire guarantee a stage slot?

No. A stage appearance requires confirmation from the organisers. Describe your project, results and what you need from the audience; a visitor ticket does not guarantee a stage slot.

What presentation do I need?

Prepare a short presentation covering the problem, solution, technology, results, team and your request. Add its link to the project questionnaire.

How long is a pitch, and what is the deadline?

The pitch session is scheduled for 22 December 2026, 15:00–16:00 Moscow time. The programme allows for eight teams, each with a six-minute slot including the speaker changeover. Pitch applications close on 25 November 2026 at 23:59 Moscow time. Initial analyst review: 25–30 November. Sector expert selection: 30 November–7 December. Presentation preparation: 7–20 December. The pitch session takes place on 22 December 2026.

Is there a participation fee? Do I need a ticket?

Pitching and exhibiting are separate participation formats. A visitor ticket provides access to the events in its package, but does not include a stage slot or your own stand.

Where will my data be sent?

Questionnaire data remains in the open window until the page is closed or reloaded. Download the file to keep your answers. It is not sent to the organisers.
